Arbitrum crypto sees slight pullback, bulls hold price above $0.50

Arbitrum crypto price traded to highs of $0.58, hitting a six-month peak before slightly correcting to near the $0.50 support level.

Summary
  • Arbitrum crypto is poised above the key level of $0.50 after a slight pullback.
  • The ARB token reached highs of $0.58 before retreating.
  • Are bulls remain largely in control?

The price of Arbitrum (ARB) fell sharply as a spooked crypto market mirrored the slowdown on Wall Street. As stocks slipped amid the latest producer price inflation report, ARB dipped to lows of $0.50 to mirror the sharp dump for Bitcoin (BTC). Profit taking across the top coins came as BTC gave up gains following a dash to a new all-time high above $124k.

Having rallied to prices last seen in February 2025, Arbitrum also experienced a minor pullback to the demand reload zone around $0.50. While the dip came on increased volume of $1.44 billion, up 64% in the past 24 hours—the recent breakout leaves ARB trading more than 120% above its all-time low of $0.24 reached in April.

Are Arbitrum bulls in control?

Bulls remain largely in control, with both the moving average convergence divergence (MACD) indicator and the daily relative strength index favoring buyers.

Against this backdrop, ARB has the potential to rebound above $0.57 and target $0.82, and then $1.20. Ethereum (ETH) holding above $4,600 after coming close to its all-time high and then experiencing a dip adds to the overall bullish sentiment around Arbitrum and other layer 2 solutions.

The bullish sentiment around Arbitrum has also grown after crypto exchange Gemini launched a self-custody wallet aimed at unlocking decentralized finance and Web3 for all crypto users.

Arbitrum is a launch partner alongside Polygon, Optimism, and Base. With Arbitrum, users can invest in DeFi via Morpho by depositing funds into curated Gauntlet vaults on the Arbitrum blockchain. Users can earn rewards and withdraw anytime, as these funds remain unlocked.
