Proceeds of the PIPE, which closes on Sept. 4, 2025, will go toward the purchase of Dogecoin as a treasury asset and for general working capital.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, CleanCore plans to accumulate and hold DOGE as its primary reserve asset.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The move is backed by the Dogecoin Foundation and the foundation\u2019s official corporate arm, House of Doge. CleanCore also attracted the backing of more than 80 venture-capital investors, including Pantera, GSR, and FalconX.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDogecoin has always been powered by its community, the most loyal and passionate in the digital asset space,\u201d said Marco Margiotta, chief executive officer of the House of Doge. \u201cBy anchoring Dogecoin with an official foundation-backed treasury strategy, we\u2019re setting a precedent for how public companies can align with foundations to build real utility around digital currency, while honoring the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DOGE gains amid ETF, corporate treasury moves<\/h2>\n<p>Dogecoin has already seen filings for spot DOGE exchange-traded funds with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and corporate moves as the crypto treasury bandwagon gathers pace.\u00a0The bullish outlook from these potential catalysts have recently helped DOGE price higher. <\/p>\n<p>Originally launched as a memecoin, Dogecoin is gaining notable adoption amid new integrations and institutional participation. Key utility initiatives taking shape within the cryptocurrency\u2019s ecosystem include payments and tokenization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, plans for yield opportunities are attracting attention to DOGE.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis new treasury vehicle is a fundamental step toward the House of Doge and Dogecoin Foundation\u2019s mission to bring institutional adoption to Dogecoin.
