Upon listing on Nasdaq, the trust will be renamed the Grayscale AVAX Trust ETF.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/2035053\/000095017025111074\/ck0002035053-20250823.htm\" target=\"_blank\">filing<\/a>, the proposed Grayscale Avalanche Trust ETF will issue shares in blocks of 10,000, known as \u201cBaskets,\u201d which will be created and redeemed by authorized participants.
