The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding, which establishes a collaboration around WiseLink\u2019s \u201cbitcoin + cross-border finance\u201d initiative.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to WiseLink, Top Win secured private investments from other investors, including Chad Koehn, founder of United Capital Management of Kansas.<\/p>\n<p>Investment towards the BTC strategy follows Top Win\u2019s announcement of the venture in May.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bitcoin treasury companies \u2013 167 and counting<\/h2>\n<p>Top Win\u2019s move comes as Bitcoin treasury companies continue to grow in number. The market got a further boost following comments from U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. On Thursday, Bessent stated that government-seized BTC will form \u201cthe foundation of the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve\u201d President Donald Trump announced in March.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bitcoin that has been finally forfeited to the federal government will be the foundation of the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve that President Trump established in his March Executive Order.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Treasury is committed to exploring budget-neutral pathways to acquire more\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent (@SecScottBessent) <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SecScottBessent\/status\/1956080030137626887?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">August 14, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>So far, a growing group of public companies are taking a bullish long term bet on BTC.\u00a0 Top Win joins this trend.<\/p>\n<p>Market data <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/bitcointreasuries.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">shows<\/a> shows there are currently 167 public companies holding Bitcoin as a treasury asset. Collectively, these companies hold over 976,132 BTC. Michael Saylor\u2019s Strategy leads the charge with 628,946 BTC, while Metaplanet and Trump Media &amp; Technology Group Corp. hold 18,113 and 15,000 BTC respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Like other firms entering crypto with a treasury strategy, Top Win plans to deploy all proceeds from the raise into purchasing BTC.<\/p>\n<p>The company also plans to consider investing in other publicly listed Bitcoin treasury companies, with some proceeds allocated as working capital.
