On Wednesday, July 23, Nature\u2019s Miracle Holding Inc. <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/natures-miracle-holding-inc-announces-an-up-to-20-million-corporate-xrp-treasury-program-302511741.html\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> the establishment of a corporate XRP treasury with up to $20 million in assets. The company will fund this acquisition through equity financing from GHS Investments, based on a Form S-1 registration that has been approved by the SEC.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<p>The move made Nature\u2019s Miracle the first company to rely on XRP as a core treasury asset. James Li, CEO of Nature\u2019s Miracle, explained that the passage of the GENIUS Act opened a new opportunity for digital assets. With more companies using digital assets in their corporate treasuries, the firm sees an opportunity for XRP. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe see the huge potential of XRP as it improves the speed and reduce the cost of cross-border payments.
