Anthropic now <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KobeissiLetter\/status\/2047029152776097912\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">joins OpenAI and SpaceX<\/a> among private companies with implied valuations near or above $1 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onchain and private markets show close pricing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jupiter\u2019s onchain pricing is close to data from private market platforms. Forge Global CEO Kelly Rodriques <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/anthropic-trillion-dollar-valuation-on-secondary-markets-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">told<\/a> Business Insider that Anthropic was valued at around $1 trillion on its platform.<\/p>\n<p>Hiive, another secondary market for accredited investors, priced Anthropic shares at $849 each. That gives the company an implied market value of about $851 billion, within 18% of Jupiter\u2019s reading.<\/p>\n<p>Podcast host Aakash Gupta <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/aakashgupta\/status\/2048808653575303666\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">said<\/a> the pricing gap shows how private market price discovery is changing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cA Solana DEX and a regulated US secondary market for accredited investors are pricing the same private company within 18% of each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funding round lifts Anthropic profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anthropic closed its Series G round in February at a $380 billion post-money valuation. The company raised $30 billion in the round, led by GIC and Coatue.<\/p>\n<p>The company <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.anthropic.com\/news\/anthropic-raises-30-billion-series-g-funding-380-billion-post-money-valuation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">said<\/a> its revenue growth has moved quickly since launch.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cIt has been less than three years since Anthropic earned its first dollar in revenue. Today, our run-rate revenue is $14 billion,\u201d the company noted<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Google also plans to invest up to $40 billion in Anthropic. The plan starts with $10 billion at the same valuation, while another $30 billion depends on performance milestones.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IPO speculation grows around AI firms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Business Insider <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/anthropic-with-offers-to-invest-at-up-to-800-billion-2026-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">reported<\/a> that Anthropic has received venture capital offers valuing the Claude developer at as much as $800 billion in recent weeks. That level is more than double its current formal valuation.<\/p>\n<p>The wider private AI market remains active as investors watch potential IPO timelines.
