Come January 2026, expect a new all-time high if the Federal Reserve pivots from quantitative tightening.<\/p>\n<div id=\"cn-block-summary-block_1d4c4ecb054f6611d93f4a92777b2e92\" class=\"cn-block-summary\">\n<div class=\"cn-block-summary__nav tabs\">\n        <span class=\"tabs__item is-selected\">Summary<\/span>\n    <\/div>\n<div class=\"cn-block-summary__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tom Lee predicts Bitcoin hasn\u2019t hit its peak and expects a new all-time high by January.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t think the Bitcoin high is in place,\u201d Lee said.<\/li>\n<li>Historical precedent suggests that QT endings catalyze rapid market rallies, fueling Lee\u2019s optimism for both Bitcoin and equities.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- .cn-block-summary --><\/p>\n<p>Despite the downturn in November, Lee predicts Bitcoin (BTC) will recover and \u201cmake a new all-time high by January.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an appearance <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/video\/2025\/12\/01\/7200-7300-is-likely-for-the-sp-500-in-december-says-fundstrats-tom-lee.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">on<\/a> CNBC, Lee explained that \u201ctoday is the day that QT ends,\u201d referring to the Fed\u2019s long-running quantitative tightening. <\/p>\n<p>Historically, Lee notes, when the Fed paused QT in September 2019, markets rallied 17% in just three weeks. If history repeats, Bitcoin could be ripe for a rally. <\/p>\n<p>As for December, expect investors to warm up to Bitcoin again as the Federal Reserve changes its stance \u2014  \u201ca tailwind\u201d for Bitcoin and equities alike. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think the Bitcoin high is in place,\u201d Lee said.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bitcoin has a ways to go<\/h3>\n<p>Top crypto analysts remain bullish on Bitcoin even though it is currently languishing at just above $86,700, down over 21% from a month ago.
