Up to 68% of respondents checking prices after crawling into bed nearly every night. <\/p>\n<p>Only 8% reported never doing so, proving that deep sleep may be overrated in the age of digital gold.<\/p>\n<p>The survey found that nearly 70% of traders blame sleep deprivation for execution errors and questionable trades, while more than half reported staying up until at least 2 a.m. to track market movements.
