It\u2019s not just the US. Europe and Asia are crashing,\u201d he wrote on X.<\/p>\n<p>The author warned that AI will eliminate jobs, which will cause office and residential real estate crashes.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Silver trading at $50, Kiyosaki predicts $200 by 2026<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cTime to buy more gold, silver, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Silver is the best and the safest. Silver is $50 today,\u201d Kiyosaki posted. He originally purchased the Bitcoin at $6,000 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Author reinvests Bitcoin profits into cashflow businesses<\/h2>\n<p>The proceeds are funding two surgery centers and a billboard business. Kiyosaki estimates the investments will generate approximately $27,500 per month in tax-free income by February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am still very bullish and optimistic on Bitcoin and will begin acquiring more with my positive cash flow,\u201d he wrote. The strategy is his long-term \u201cget rich plan\u201d that combines asset appreciation with income-generating investments.<\/p>\n<p>Kiyosaki said he was advised against publicly discussing the Bitcoin sale and real estate purchases. \u201cYou may know why I was advised against being transparent.
