The gist of what the fund invests in will be \u201coff-chain\u201d companies, crypto-related platforms with realistic valuations, not prone to the deceptive environment of inflated token prices.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t artificially inflate value with a token that isn\u2019t used in the off-chain world,\u201d Vaidya noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>    <!-- .cn-block-related-link --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fund targets $1b raise<\/h2>\n<p>Hayes and the team, including new partner Adam Schlegel, plan to register this new fund in the United States.
