at the beginning phases of suddenly,\u201d predicting that national Bitcoin adoption could trigger massive FOMO among governments.<\/p>\n<p>He anticipates \u201ca massive nation-state FOMO panic\u201d creates global pressure<\/h3>\n<p>While President Trump has signed an executive order to establish a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, Mow noted the U.S. still hasn\u2019t begun purchasing Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>However, he pointed out that America is pushing forward with budget-neutral Bitcoin acquisition plans and supporting legislation through the Bitcoin Act.<\/p>\n<p>Mow expressed particular optimism about Latin America and called it one of the regions he\u2019s most bullish on for Bitcoin adoption.<\/p>\n<p>Several Latin American countries have already shown interest in cryptocurrency integration, making the region a potential catalyst for global adoption.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Market cycle timing faces unexpected delays<\/h3>\n<p>Mow expressed surprise at Bitcoin\u2019s price performance in 2025 and noted that anticipated bull runs haven\u2019t materialized as expected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe should have had a bull run already, like a massive run up,\u201d he said, suggesting market situation have changed from traditional patterns.<\/p>\n<p>The Jan3 founder believes the current cycle may be delayed and could extend into next year rather than following historical timing patterns.<\/p>\n<p>This view aligns with several other analysts who have noted unusual cycle characteristics in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Technical analysts point to
